About Me:
a.k.a Planet Dada, I have had art, words and music pumping through my veins for as long as I've been able to articulate anything! The expressions cycle through media - of late music making has eclipsed the art but recently words and mail-art have started to creep back into the creative cave.

Hey there Sean,
Yes, yes, yes, I've been making these sigils or glyphs as I call them now since I was a kid. I had a remarkable out of body experience when I was in early teens. I was given a book to read, the pages of thin gold with this writing embossed on them. I would often draw them and leave them on park benches or where ever it felt right. I was told they are mathematical in nature and are a form of speach or music that the subconscious mind translates. I have no preconception of what they are before they are begun or ended. I'm simply riveted and present with the point of the pen until I stop. Would really like to see one of your glyphs. At this time it feels for me like a gateway has opened up and I'm driven to put them on everything even large canvases. I'll check out your site. Cheers Brother

Adrian is what I'm called. Ahhh! yes, Uncle Austin, its been years since I read his letters and work with Uncle Alister. I've studied so much stuff through the years that its all become a jumble. It reminds me of the famous/infamous last words supposedly spoken by the later
" I am perplexed" These are amasing times we live in, I just keep making popcorn and experience the worlds in awe, gratitude and as much joy/delirium as I can muster on any given day. For me to do otherwise is to become separated from the universe and walk in a fear based existence suffering from the, to me, illusion that there is judgement of any kind from the all that is. Judgements to me are the wedges of the dark void with all due respect that are the key ingredient to the formulas that create separation from the unified experience. A friend once said to me that It wasn't what was on the silver screen but the actual fiber of the silver screen itself that wass reality. Oh My!!!
There are these glyphs in all cultures from all times that I've found. They are in deed to me portals or gateways. I find that if I come to be in front of one in a mindless state like a child is when they speak to me the loudest and I become transported to a place of knowing that cannot as far as I know be transliterated into any one language. Therefore they cannot be owned and or fought over successfully, not for long at least.
I'm not sure where this is leading me in my work but it seems to be what is before me to do until I get new orders or direction. I do not remember specific glyph that uncle Austin used other than his drawings, which I found mesmerising and profound. If you have examples that are different I would much like to see one. So pleased that you responded and would very much like to correspond (keep in touch) Look forward to seeing your work. I very much liked the photos I saw on your site and imediately saw the glyphs in the contrast of values in each piece. Thanks again, A
