Why? I will create a structure from all the pieces of wood you send me.
Then I will build a totem using rocks with participants' initials.
The wooden structure will be burned and the ashes will be sent to you as part of the project documentation.
The rock totem will stand as long as it wants to.

Christine - Documentation arrived and was Wonderful !!! - Congratulations on such a lovely document to you and your videographer . Watched it and was Transfixed... this project is really special, I hope you consider keeping it as a yearly thing, feels like a beautiful way to bind us all together ....

keith, the experience was intense. burning all that wonderful art and wooden mementos from everyone...........i am definitely doing a burning again next year........and all are invited to make the trip out here for it. it is time we gathered again and hopefully during foliage season people might be motivated to come. i am happy to know you are into it too.
i sure hope at least stangroom and reed will consider it, they are so close by. and you will love wendell.
